is a cornerstone of countryside banking with a legacy spanning nearly seven decades. Established in 1957, we hold the distinction of being the very first bank in Apalit and the third rural bank founded in the Province of Pampanga.

Headquartered at the RBA Building along MacArthur Highway, Brgy. San Vicente, we are a rural banking institution fully authorized and supervised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
